The company is engaged in metal forging and stamping business. It was incorporated in January of 1974 and has its registered office in Montcada I Reixac, Spain. The company undertakes the following activities: manufacturing forgings from purchased metals; manufacturing metal custom roll forming products; manufacturing metal stamped and spun products; and manufacturing powder metallurgy products. It also performs surface finishing operations, such as cleaning and deburring, on the products they manufacture. The company principally conducts its business operations within the country.
